Which is the better moisturizer, clean and clear morning glow or aveeno positively radiant?

i have flaky skin beside the nose, just below my left eye. i am currently using celeteque moisturizer as it is hypoallergenic and won't clog pores. but seems to me that it didn't take the dryness away. i have read here in yahoo answers that aveeno is a good moisturizer. i'd like to know if it made anybody here who tried it break-out? does it state on the label that it won't clog pores? which is heavier, clean and clear or aveeno? i hope i can get answers from somebody who have tried both. thanx!
