alot of you could be muscle if u are a water polo player. But what your are doing is quite alot of exercise so i am guessing you are mostly muscles not fat. Try to mix it up adn start jogging a little at high intensity 30 min's 3-5 times a week. This will be cardio so you wont be building muscle and will be losing fat. But your diet is fine i just think u may need to alter your work outs.
