Powerchain Question ......- PLEASE ANSWER?

so i ot a powerchain yesterday and i woke up this morning i can tell my teeth have moved and all but in between my front 2 teeth on top there is like this mound of like tissue like it fells like it's a bubble but it's not nd when i put my tongue against it puts pressure onto my top front teeeth ... do you know what is is ?
