No. All organs are necessary. For example, the appendix aids the immune system and is also a back up organ. This is always an evolutionist tactic about so called vestigial organs.. Don't listen to it it's baloney. Darwin also tried to say they eye flap fold was a vestigial organ too, until he was proven incorrect (again).
