Rosemary Fritzl question?

Fritzl 's wife knew all along she condoned it all in my opinion. How can you live with your husband for 24 years and not hear, or notice something and investigate accordingly. WHere did she think her daughter had gone?? Rosemary Fritzl should be in jail too, the both of them are vile sickos
