What to do with a lawn tractor with a bad carburetor?

So my tractor quit with serious air/fuel mixture probs so I just got a new one. I have no pick-up. Got a bud with one but no ramps. What am I gonna pay for them to pick up and drop off and fix. Prob run me $700. Can you buy carburetors online??
