What should I do?

Ok....I am really starting to like this guy I used to go to school with...we go to the same church and live in the same area so I still see him around about once or twice a week. You could say I admire from afar! I know for a fact he used to like me in high school (3 years ago). We have quite a few mutual friends as well but I just think I would die from embrament if I went up to talk to him...what should I do?
