Will the Navy pay to fly my wife and son to my command?

I am going from C school to El Centro, while my family is still in Florida. The navy is flying me out there. I am paying out of pocket to ship our car to El Centro because I don't feel safe having my wife and 4 year old driving across the country alone. I heard that I will have to also pay out of my pocket to fly them there, and I don't quite understand that, seeing as if we were driving, the Navy would pay for that, any answers would be appreciated, really hard to get in touch with anyone in the navy to give me a direct answer.
