Sonogram pictures?

I know this may sound weird, but my baby in the sonogram picture (17wks) looks really weird... I was looking and though the nurse said it looks perfect normal,and is healthy, it looked like an alien (the face kinda did) in the picture? She says its normal for pictures to look like that early on?? Is that true?Did anyone else get weird pictures in the beginning of the pregnancy, but their baby turned out fine.. ? Im a first time mom,and all I want is a healthy baby
