Should the Cubs get rid of the "loveable loser" mentality and adopt a similar attitude like NY or PHI?

Basically all Im asking is, should the Cubs do a complete drastic attitude change in order to win a World Series. Should they become the ruthless team that everybody hates and loathes because to me I feel that the teams that are most hated, always wins in this sport. When was the last time, the "Good Guys" actually won? For Centuries the Cubs have tried to portray themselves as the "good guys" "boys in blue" "lovable losers" but should they become the nasty boys or the Villains of Major League baseball like the Yankees, Red Sox, and Phillies, who seem to win on that attitude.
