Runescape - 80 Dungeoneering Help!! --details below--?

At the moment, I'm 21 Dungeoneering, and I want 80 for a Chaotic Rapier. I am currently on floor 9, and I don't know when should i Reset? People say reset when you can't do any more floors, so I reset after floor 60(but I need 119!!)??!?!? Its so confusing to me...! Also, whats the fastest way to level to 80. Like when do I solo, when do I rush, when do i move on to large floors, and when to find a team? I barely understand it, like I only get the basics of the skill. And finally, how long will it be when i get out of hell and get the rapier!!!?
