Please help me! This is a serious matter to me.?
I really want to lose at least ten pounds in 3-4 weeks or sooner. Do you have any ideas? Anything that is proven and healthy? I don't want to starve myself or run a billion miles. Please help me, this means a lot to me and I really want to lose weight. And don't give me any of that "losing weight is just a teenage stage" I'm serious. Please answer with a healthy and true way to do what I mentioned above, this is very important to me and I would really like some proof that it works. I'm begging! Please help! Preferably a nutritionist, dietitian or someone with experience! but any opinions, ideas and plans can help me!
