I'm 7 days from giving birth to my first child and I have dark blotches all over my , is this normal?

Due date is Nov. 20th. I've had braxton hicks contractions all day but they are pretty tolerable. However, I can't explain the spotty blotches on the skin around my . I plan to ask my obgyn on Monday but wondered if anyone else had experienced this?
