Female tailor/dressmaker in Cairo?

I need to get a dress made for myself, or at least a little jacket thing or sewn-in sleeves for a sleeveless dress I already have. I need a female tailor though because I need proper fittings. Also does anyone know where I could buy nice fabrics for such things in Cairo? Maadi would be ideal, but I'll be happy if I get any answer!
