Can i use my favorite headphones with my motorola sliver L7 ???

i would like to use my bad *ss headphones w/ my sliver... but i noticed that the headphone jack is not normal... its actually smaller than normal... wtf! anyone know of any adapter ?? or something??? if so where can i get it???
