Am i racist since i can't understand black talk (Slang)?

Well I knew only two black guys in my life that talked like a white person and 1 black girl, so I know not all black people talk like that but still...oh and whats up with so many white people trying to be black? like i seen white people shagging and speaking in a different language but still english in a way...
