21 weeks pregnant. How far up will i feel her kick?

If you put ur hand under ur and scoot your hand down just a little bit, thats where I am feeling twitches. I dont think she is big enough to reach up there yet but i am not sure. Could that be her kickng or just my muscles twtiching?
